What was our client’s requirement?
Our client is a prominent analytical service company specializing in credit, banking, and financial data. They approached Datagene for assistance in building a dashboard to consolidate and analyze the Executive Committee (ExCom) Report for their business.
Previously, they were using an antiquated method for dashboarding and reporting, and they tasked our team with automating this process.
What was our solution ?
The ExCom report is a Classified report especially for the business and stake holders. Our Approach was to first determine the Monthly and Yearly Sales performance of the company and for the Evergreen Opportunities.
We broke the reporting down to different line of business (LOB). This will aid the business to have a top-level insight about the Line of Business.
